iPad 3 multiple strangers ipad account

I'm not sure exactly how to explain this, but my iPad 3 has been doing something really weird. it keeps asking me to sign in on strangers accounts, even thoughI have no idea who they are and they have never been on my computer. I have attached pictures to help explain my problem.

Yup, mine said stevejobs...I figured it was just some generic name until I entered my own.

Both my iPhone and new iPad did this on a restore (with something from the uk itunes store no less). Genius bar said to lose my backup and try again. No idea what to do about it really.
