Ipad 3 wifi 4g firmeware mismatch

Hello

i have a strange problem , when i download the fimeware for the ipad 3 wifi 4g it says it is not compatible ..

when i download this one : iPad3,3_5.1.1_9B206_Restore it work but is this not for cdma 😵 ?!

Are you downloading it from Apple's website? There's a MacRumors article that also links to the downloads with text that says AT&T & Verizon so you know which one to download.

I recommend getting it from iTunes or over the Air from System Preferences, though.
