Are all WIFI problems with the iPad 3 solved now? So it's save to buy an iPad 3 now? ( or are there still issues like yellow tint of screens and so on ... )

Else I would be safer to just buy an iPad 2.

What wifi problems? It's always been safe to buy. Just do it.

Have no clue what you're referencing. Posting from a wifi iP3 with Zero issues.
