Not sure if i'm nitpicking but my ipad 3G screen is not even with the bezel all the way around. On bottom left corner the glass is lower than the bezel and on the rest of the ipad its above the bezel. Its sort of like sunken in. My concern is over time what will happen. Anyone else have the bezel uneven with the glass?

Screen is alos leaking light along the left side. I remember getting my first iphone 3g replaced because of this and negative blacks.

My glass is the same on the bottom left, it's very slightly lower than the other 3 corners. I've got a 32gig wifi version it not bothering me too much.
I don't have any light leak problems though.
Looking at it a bit closer it might be the rubber seal is raised making it feel like tha glass is lower.

The rubber seal seems to be a little "bumpy" and less than perfect, but really it's just that... A teeny bit worse than perfect so I decided it want a big deal although it kinda bothers me:confused:

I had this same issue (WiFi model) but it wasn't quite in the corner. I wound up returning it. I was given a new one but I was told to keep my old box and packaging. No reason to care but just never knew that's how they did things. My exchange had perfect glass.

I'm not buying the light leak though. I believe this "problem" is exaggerated just a bit. Not by you but by many. I think people mistake how LCDs work for light leaks. That's just my opinion.

Seems apple will exhange for just the glass issue and there is no need to find other problems.

Mine has it to. I also made a thread about a week ago. It isn't causing any problems, no dead pixels, no light leaks, just the rubber raised a little. Apple case covers it right up.

It really shouldn't have light leaks. None of the 4 cinema dispays tha I use at home and at work have alight leaks or the MacBook pros I've used have them either. Only see cheap Dell screens with this sort of issue. LCD tvs also don't have this issue.

I checked all the iPads at my Apple store. Everyone of them had it, too. I don't think it's a significant issue.
