Hi

Unable to delete apps.
Have completed erase all content and settings then restored from backup in itunes without success. When I try delete an app it starts glitching. 'x' on each is visible but will not respond to touch. Only way out is by a full restart.

Had this happen to me too several months ago. Took a while but I found a fix. You need to go to settings-General-accessibility and turn off the Bold Text option.

Don't know why, but that worked for me.
