I'm assuming you're talking about the one that originally shipped with the new iPad in iOS 5.1. Apple removed that wallpaper, along with a few others, in iOS6 and replaced it with that horrible pixelated water ripples wallpaper. I've posted all the 5.1 wallpapers in this thread.
