iPad 4.2 printing, how will it work?

So with the 4.2 iPad update coming out in November, will AirPrint work with with iTunes and create a printing spot for the iPad? Or will it require a wireless/Bluetooth printer? I don't have a Wireless printer. 😛
 
It will work with a wired printer if you have printer sharing turned on or if you have an printer connected to an AEBS.
