Where did you buy or obtain the iPad from?

From reseller in Moscow, Russia. But i have only iPad box with serial number, i was lost document from the store.

Perhaps it is a refurbished or returned model and somehow the previous owner has locked it out using "Find My iPhone". Just take it back to the reseller, they should be able to help.

Sounds like the original owner just found out about the feature and he's taking advantage of it. What an *******. Try taking it back to the reseller. Good luck.

I had a discussion with Apple support, and they said that i was used on iPad another account to download apps and music, but this account has not linked to "Find My iPhone" to block! I dont know how!

Was this iPad on iOS 6 when you got it? If so, you may be able to restore by putting it into DFU mode. Google "iPad DFU" and you will find instructions.

No, you can't bypass activation lock by reverting to iOS 6.

I'm not suggesting to go back to iOS 6 -- which can't be done anyway. I'm just saying that if the iPad was on iOS 6 when OP first got it, then this is not activation lock, it's just a Find My Phone lock, which can be bypassed with DFU restore.

The excuses newbies who join this forum come up with to try and gain assistance unlocking stolen iDevices just get more and more remarkable.

Seriously, the old owner realised that iOS 7 had Activation Lock and just thought it'd be fun to lock out your device? A device you say you owned for a year now? If that's the case then why was the previous owners iCloud account still on the iPad so that he could trigger Find My iPhone or Activation Lock?

Surely after a day, never mind a year, you'd have your own iCloud account and Find My iPhone set up?

Once again another thief foiled by Activation Lock.
