iPad 4 pixel problem on screen...

I got my ipad two months ago,it had no problems with the screen etc.i also jailbreaked it and was enjoying it a lot.however yesterday I noticed a thin short white line with kind of tiny black strips sort of a pixel problem.sorry I don't know much .noob level high here.also under sunlight I see a scratch on the same spot.I do not know whether its a pixel problem or caused by a scratch.I do have one year warranty.Is there anyway to fix it?Help would be greatly appreciated.thanks.😎

If you have a year warranty, give Apple a ring and let them know, see if it's covered in the warranty.

Restore it so it's not jailbroken before you get it looked at.
