iPad iPad 4 video causing screen to fade

After watching a video on my ipad 4, the screen's colors look faded out as if the screen has to warm up after video to get back to the regular colors. Is this normal for the screen to do this?

I hate to tell you this but apparently it is normal and a flaw.
