Ipad 4 with the same degree of heat?

What is the main cause for the slightly high degree of heat in ipad3? Is it due to the processor or the dual light source of the LCD?
If it is due to the A5X, can I reasonably expect that there will be no issue of heat in ipad4?

Wasn't the heat issue on the iPad 3 mainly due to the video card?

I would expect it to be the same or even a bit worse.
