T triathlon61 macrumors newbie Original poster Oct 14, 2022 #1 The screen is not rotating. I reset all settings, backed up and reset to factory settings. Netflix will rotate the screen and nothing else does. The rotate button in control panel is not on. Any suggestions?

Erase just deletes all your content and settings. The firmware/system files are untouched. Think of iTunes firmware restore as something similar to a full Windows re-install.
