iPad 5th Generation and Mini Hissing Sound

Hi Guys!
i have iPad 5th generation and mini. When i video recording, using siri and watch video via youtube , i hear weird sound from speaker-both iPad 5th generation and iPad mini- . whenever i turn off the volume, this tiny sound disappear. meanwhile this tiny sound can be heard so long as i dwell on completely silent room. is it normal?

Audio amplifiers are not perfect and will have a background hiss normally not heard except at higher volume levels in a quiet room. Normal.

Thank you sir, i really appreciate it. i merely wonder whether or not this is normal ) it is sort of hissing sound from speaker . moreover unless i close my ear to speaker i am not able to hear this hissing or tiny sound -even completely silent room-

What are the chances both of your ipads have the same problem unless it is a normal condition like @Newton's Apple stated?

i could not understand your question sir. i apologize. Having same issue in the each of ipads is utmost weird, bizzare . Meanwhile İF i do not close my ear to speaker -even if my room is definetly silent- i am not able to hear this tiny sound. Additionally this sound is like tiny fan or ssd noise under normal circumstances.
Edit: i hear this hissing sound whenever recording, using siri etc. (i think upon using siri or watching YouTube videos ipad's speaker activated. As soon as close this applications( siri, YouTube And so on) this tiny sound vanishes.
