IPad 9.3.5 Jailbreak

I have been having problems trying to jailbreak this older IPad. I've tried Phoenix through the browser then through impactor. I have had no luck. Can someone give me some tips here? Should I update IOS to another level ? Downgrade? Let me know.. Thanks in advance

Make sure your iPad is on iOS 9.3.5 and try jailbreak through Phonenix

phoenix is no longer available at tweakbox.. is there any method beside phoenix to jailbreak ipad 2 in 9.3.5
my jailbreak is gone all of a sudden..
