Bought an iPad through AT&T at Best Buy because of the deal they had. Clicked to add to my existing account, and keep my same plan. The item was ready for pickup an hour later, and I got it from the store. I popped in the sim and it said no service, went onto the website and it said the line was not in the system. Checked AT&T account, and it showed my plan at Max Capacity, so I would need to add a standalone iPad plan. However, it showed no new line, or even charges. So at this point, I have an iPad I only paid sales tax for, with no connection to AT&T. Idk what to do, should I go in store and have it added? Do I HAVE to get it activated? I'm not trying to work around the system, I'm worried and confused as to whats going on.
