Ipad adding apps from ipod

For some reason my ipad is syncing games from my sons ipod touch. I keep deleting the games off the ipad but show up again. Please advise

Uncheck them in iTunes (with iPad connected) and they won't sync.

This is happening over wifi when the ipad is not connected

Goto settings - store and untick automatically download apps.
