iPad Ipad Air 1 - should i buy smart cover #1 or #2?

I have a Air 1, and im going to buy a smart cover. I can buy both the
version released for air 1 and air 2 for the same price.

Therefor i wonder, which fits bests?

Do you mean case? I thought the Smart Cover was the same for both the iPad Air and air 2

It's sort of the same. I watched a review on YT that compared the two (they both have iPad Air Smart Cover on the front of the packaging), and apparently the smart cover's side (the thing that attaches to the side of the iPad) is a tiny bit more thicker on the iPar Air, than on the Air 2. I accidentally got both when I ordered cases online (both iPad Air cases, but the speakers indicated which was released with the iPad Air and which was released with the Air 2.). Anyhow, I barely noticed a difference in either though
