iPad IPad Air 1TB, is it restricted to 8GB of ram?

I have searched high and low and there is no definitive answer from Apple about the limiting of RAM memory in the iPad Air M2 with 1TB of storage. IPad Pros were bolstered with 16GB of RAM for their 1TB & 2TB variant. Has Apple changed the formula for the iPad Airs with 1TB of storage?? If you know please share.

So 16GB is reserved for the iPad Pro despite the Air having the required 1TB storage amount that would have granted the Pro models 16GB. Curious.
