Anyone know when Target is getting their shipment of iPads? I'm looking for a cellular model not just a wifi.

I think most stores will get it next week (I work there)

I'm guessing the OP either has gift cards, or a Target RedCard which saves them 5%

for some reason i thought maybe tomorrow they would carry all models. Just trying to find out for sure.
I just checked the system and it says 4 out of 10 stores in my area have it in stock. Try calling your local store and if they don't have it, they can see if a nearby store has it.
Apple stores price match up to 10%. Does anyone know if that applies to RedCard discounts?

128 GB Wifi + Cell?
Oh, I checked wifi models. It looks like there are a couple of stores that have cellular versions, but none in my area have 128gb. I would wait until after the weekend. Also, target has free shipping on all items until December 20th.
Here in Miami most have them in stock. Going tomorrow morning to same target I bought the iPad Air last year. Called the store today and they said tomorrow we start selling. Going at around 9 am. Getting me a gold 64gb wifi only air 2. And yes prefer buying at target since with my red card I get 5% off
That might be the smart thing to do. Last year we gave $100 gift cards with the purchase of an iPad Air.

No, they will. It's just taking them a little longer to get here than the Wifi models. They even have a few in stock right now, it just varies store to store. By next week, all of them should be in stock.

New York. I just checked Target's websites and it looks like the only cellular models in stock nationwide are the 64gb silver and 16gb gold.
If you do in store pickup they shouldn't ask for student id I ordered mine they asked for my drivers license matching the order and I was fine. If you have a guilty conscience make someone who's a student order it for you.

check online and see if they have availability. In my experience they usually only carry 16's of new models

If you order online though, it'll ship by October 30th and I'd be surprised if Target has all the models by then. And the shipping is free.
I ended up getting mine at the Apple Store. If target does the 100 dollar off for Black Friday I think I'm getting another. This iPad is easily the best performing one out of the box since the iPad 2 when it was first released.
