iPad iPad Air 2 Discounts?

I purchased my iPad 4 from AT&T and received a hundred dollar discount for signing a two year contract. They currently don't list the iPad Air 2 yet but I don't see this discount listed for the others (maybe I missed it?). I'm going to need cell service so I wouldn't mind another contract. I use their 5GB plan. I see that they offer 20 month no interest financing. Thats based on the full price.

Target usually has some sort of discount. Either a little off of the price or they include a gift card with the purchase. Plus there is a 5% discount if you use their Red Card.
 
If you have the Discover IT credit card, you get 5% cash back on all online purchases, plus 5% cash back on purchases from Apple's online store when you click through the Discover Deals shopping portal. I confirmed with Discover that they stack. Further, you should be able to buy at the gov/edu price and still get 10% cash back.

Except that the ShopDiscover 5% cash back specifically excludes pre-order items, so you can't be 100% sure that you'll actually get it.

Except that Discover now has two shopping portals: ShopDiscover and Discover Deals. Both offer 5% at the Apple Store, but the Discover Deals fine print doesn't exclude pre-order items.
 
I am using my EPP discount but it's pathetically measly. A whopping $14 off a 128GB iPad Air 2 Wi-Fi. :rolleyes:

I'm looking at my account on AT&T's site. It says -

This line is eligible for an upgrade with a partial discount off of the full retail price today. This line may be eligible for a greater discount on 11/17/2014.

I then chatted with an AT&T rep and was told - We offer an automatic $100 discount when you purchase your new device with a new 2 year contract.

That would not apply to the Installment program on the device. The discount only applies when you start a new 2 year contract.

So far, $100.00 off is the best that I can find.
