Carrier iPad Air 2 LTE Not Working - AT&T

    I have an iPad air 2 and been having issues where I only get 4g and LTE does not kick in even when in a LTE area. to verify I have my wife's iPad Air next to mine and she has LTE but I still have 4G. Thoughts. I have tried resetting the network settings.

    Try rebooting the iPad. Press the home button and on/off button at the same time until the Apple logo comes on. That will reboot and reset the system. If that doesn't work then contact AT&T.
