So a common theme of air 2’s was the chassis vibrating with the sound (and not particularly high volumes either). I noticed last night that my air 3 is nowhere near as bad in this regard. They are the same thickness, how did apple stop this from happening?

Good question but I remember when I had the air 2 it had the worse sound out of any iPad I had. The 10.5 pro had the best. Wish the air 3 had the quad speakers.

They are using the chassis from the Pro, not the Air 2. The vibration issue was never a problem on the 10.5 Pro.
