I just ordered a White/Gold air 2 16 GB. Yes, 16 GB, i dont need more. I only use it for browsing, and maybe 1,2 games. ZERO music.

If i get my ipad tomorrow, when do i need to charge it? whats the best way to use your battery?

thanks. :)

Ofc you need to lower the charge level of 5-10 % , then charge to 100 % . So do 2-3 times , and the battery will last longer listening . More is correct , charge the battery when it is at the level of 5-15 % , and charge up to 100 % immediately .

OK. So first i let it drain to 10%, ( right now..) and then charge all the way to 100?

Yes! At the time of charging is better not to disable the iPad from charging .

None of that is necessary. These old battery myths just don't die.

Charge and discharge your battery however you like. Nothing you do is likely to significantly affect the lifespan or capacity of a modern lithium ion battery.
