Space gray ordered last night. All my idevices are dark. Just wish they would start offering MBP's and MBA's in an anodizing like most firearms. Silver is growing a little long in the tooth. But with the new Mac Pro being black maybe change is a comin.
While I'd like that as well, it becomes a supply chain issue if you offer more than one color. So either you ho with a safe neutral color such as black or silver so start you only have to make one version; or you have to estimate demands for colors and wind up with too much ed and not enough blue in the stores and play catchup with the supply chain. Apple's just in time supply chain model would ease the problem a bit; but look at the issues they have with multiple iPhone colors and matching demand especially at launch. With mid year updates to MBs it would also mean potentially having to unload a bunch of unsold colors which could weaken demand for new machines as well as go against Apple's history of offering few, if any, sales on older machines.
To keep with the thread - I went with black - on my Air, iPad4 and phones. I wonder if there is a gender preference for colors reflected in the sales? Most of the women I know went with white and guys with black.

Im leaning towards black. I find it more ergonomically pleasant without that white bezel shining in my face.
However, ios7 seem to be designed for white units, its all they front in ads, etc and i have to say ios7 looks better on a white iphone.
What do you guys think?
For iPhone I went with silver after having had black for 3 years, ipad the other way around - that space grey is just too gorgeous. I really don't think colour is gender dependednt. Well not for me as someone who doesn't believe colour of my phone affects my manliness
