Hello Im very new to all of this, my daughter has an Ipad Air brought for her by her boyfriend.
Anyway last night she was playing on Minecraft app, she meets her boyfriend as they can meet in her world ? or his?
My other daughter joins them. (I have 2 daughters) Anyway whilst the were playing my daughter with the Ipad Air noticed her minecraft was clitchy, as she couldnt see anyone yet they were there as she could see stuff they were doing but not them, it was as though they were invisible.
We all assummed bug on server, but last night my daughter tells me she was on creative mode and only her bf and sister can join the world, and only when she is on it (hope this makes sense), anyway she made a lovely glowstick house and then closed the app and locked the Ipad Air.
When she awoke this morning her Ipad looked as though it had been tampered with as the apps on the screen hadd been moved around and apps deleted and new files created. When she went on Minecraft Her house had been dug up (there were holes where it was ?) and new builds on her world and this could not of been my daughter or her bf. Any ideas why this would have occurred, has someone hacked her air??? or have they hacked our modem?? no one elses devices/apps were affected and no other accounts hacked as far as we know, also we live pretty remote but there are one or two houses but unlikely to hack, we dont know them but they dont seem type.
Any ideas anyone??

I don't think that anyone would be targeting the iPad. Through iCloud, a dirtbag can only lock the device, wipe it, etc. But they would need to bypass Apple's top notch iCloud security or know her password.

The Minecraft issue where it was dug up is probably due to someone else messing with the server. Depending on how the game was configured it could have been on only the LAN, aka only people at your house can play, or over the internet where anyone could.

I think you can relax as you were not hacked.

Sounds like in issue with the server. And I highly doubt and iPad air can be remotely hacked.
