So, I've tried jailbreaking it - didn't work, others tried and failed too. Some of them were lucky and did it. So I made a poll, about it.

I don't know if I should keep trying or give up.

Downgrade back to iOS 7.0.4 which is the latest public iOS software. 7.1 is still a beta therefore evasion not caring to support...yet. I am not jail breaking iOS anymore. To many issues I think. I did back in iOS 6.

It is. But beware, the security holes will likely be patched by public release, and your iPad will be unusable when the beta expires.

Yes, Jailbroke 7.1 beta 2 on my iPad Air. However, I can't get f.lux to work and it requires me to restore my iPad.

Did you OTA to beta 2? If so, that's probably why. Try restoring to beta 2 and then jailbreak. I did that and mine works fine.

I did exactly that. Restored from the 7.1 B2 ipsw off iTunes. I applied the JB and it would leave me stuck on a endless loop. 7.0.4 works fine.

Edit: iPhone 5 and iPad 3 JBs work fine on 7.1 B2... hmmm

Same here, iPhone 5 - fine, iPad Air - endless loop.
