Is the RAM on the M4 while browsing Safari fantastic comparing to the M3?

I was able to get the 13' Air M3 LTE for 475$ US and the 11' Air M4 wifi at 400$ US (marketplace)

Which one should i keep?

The ipad air m4 has 12 GB ram which is what i would keep personally, more RAM is just better, unless you really want the larger screen and LTE of the M3. Cant go wrong with either tbh.

Go more RAM. It is better for future proofing. The 11" is better for regular handheld use.

Yep the base 2024 iPP M4 has 8 GB ram, with the newer base model iPP M5 and ipad air M4 getting 12 GB ram which is a nice bump in line with iPhone 17 Pros.
