I realized that using either the Apple Smart Case or Smart Cover has strong enough magnets to mount on fridge with no problem. It's very strong. I guess it's so easy because the Air is much thinner and lighter than previous generations. Just FYI

You can also do it with the flux flap case I believe.

Since the iPad Air is so thin and the magnets are strong, it's no problem
