iPad Air Smart Folio for iPad Pro?

I'm wondering if anyone knows how easy or hard it would be to buy an iPad Air smart folio and cut the camera cutout to make it larger in order to use it with an iPad Pro.

What downsides would I have to keep in mind if I do this?
