Interesting they didn't release it for those of you that had the iPad there and ready to go. My store released it to me, and said they know I paid for it, and they would change it to picked up as soon as they could.
Well I finally got the "available for pickup" notice late last night. Still couldn't cancel the pickup myself online. But today - I just called the customer service line and they were able to cancel the pickup and issue my refund.
