All iPads iPad Air WiFi 802.11'n'

Wondering why Apple left the two new iPad products at 802.11n WiFi - instead of updating them to 802.11ac - like all their other recent released products? Anyone?

Power consumption maybe? Higher profit margins? Space limitations? Greed? One of those probably.
