I need some help.

I got my iPad Air 2 all setup. Updated it to 12.2. I went to set the volume limit like I did on my old iPad, and also followed info I found online, but can't find volume limit. I found the place I go to restrict changing the volume limit, but not the place to actually set the limit.

From what I've read it says go into Settings/Music. But when I go into Settings, I don't have Music listed...

Could you elaborate a little?

Could you elaborate a little?

sure I can try...

I want to set a volume limit. a volume limit is a maximum volume the iPad will play.

Here are the steps listed

  1. On your iOS device navigate to Settings -> Music.
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the Music menu to the “Playback” subsection.
  3. Tap “Volume Limit” to bring up the volume adjustment menu.
BUT I fail at step 1. When I pick up my ipad, I go into Settings, "Music" is not listed. I have no music to go into in order to proceed to step 2...

I got it to work.
Hi, good for you friend. BTW, I'm in the process of thinking of updating my Air 2 to 12.2 but of course I hesitate. It's on 10.3.3. right now and it's kinda doing fine. What are the big improvements you noticed on your Air 2 after upgrading? Frankly, does-it run smoother and faster? An what about the battery life. my Air 2 is at 94% right now. Thanks in advance for your cues and observations.
