iPad and BBC iPlayer beta = WIN!

I love the iPlayer on the iPad and currently watching BladeRunner. I wouldn't mind if you could access the iPlayer abroad for a subscription system. Whilst abroad it would be cool to catch up on some stuff and some sport events are streamed live.

Like Formula1 which I'll be watching tonight on my iPad which I absolutely love

Anyone tried the iplayer beta with 4.2GM ? I keep getting movie unavailable or can't be played messages.

I use Overplay VPN to get access when I am overseas. It's the only service I have had any success with. Trouble is it works best with OpenVPN and there is no iPad client.

Watched an episode of "The Trip" last night over a 3g connection.

Video quality was amazing, no artefacts at all. However, the soundtrack was a tad out of sync. Still pretty good for a "phone" connection.
