iPad and iPhone multiplayer/collaboration Apps?

My boss at work just got his new iPad, and I'm looking for some apps which will allow us to collaborate or just play games vs. eachother while he's on the iPad and I'm on my iPhone.

Any ideas? Much appreciated!
