iPad App ???? For book reading

Like with the kindle, you can scroll to read a book; but if you want you can have to read the text or book.... Is there a app on the iPad for that??

Kindle, iBooks, Google Books, and B&N Books. All are reader apps, and most have the options you seek.

Are you asking for an App that will read the text of the book out loud to you?

I think OP's looking for a text to speech app. Problem is the ones available require you to paste text into the app so only really suitable for emails and documents.
