Asking on behalf of my mother, who is having issues with her iPad. There is an app called iTube, which was working previously, yet now when she clicks on the app, it opens up directly to the Twitter help centre, despite not having Twitter installed whatsoever. She is worried that she might lose what is cached there if she were to uninstall and reinstall, because it would be for her school.

Any ideas about what could be causing it, a possible fix, and if she would lose anything cached?

I don't even see iTube in the App Store. I wonder if the server side functionality for the app has been altered. That may explain her recent experience. Is the app no longer available?
