iPad Apple TV app - how get Prime and All 4 integrated?

I've updated to latest iOS 12.4, added Amazon Prime and All 4 apps and downloaded some programs.

However how do I access them in the Apple TV app rather than the separate apps?

I basically want to download some for offline and then see them in the APPLE TV app and play from there. I thought that was how it was supposed to work?

I know Netflix isn't integrated with it, but I can't get Prime or All 4 either? Is there an enable option to firstly or anything?
