Hello MacRumors,

Recently I tried to sign out of apple tv from my iPad by signing my Apple ID out (was doing this to try to upgrade the lord of the rings trilogy to 4K since they recently were upgraded) and this has subsequently caused my iPad to stop showing my movies library. I can click library but it brings me directly to the "downloaded" section but I want to look at the movies which I haven't downloaded yet but I don't have the option there's no where to click to look at my movies cause library sends me straight to "downloaded" and there's no other option. Please Help!

Restore from an older backup to when you had the movies in your library.

I don’t think I can do that?? I don’t know how // never set one up?
Another thing is, It’s not that I do not have the movies, it’s that the only option I have is to watch my “downloaded” movies. It’s not giving me the option to pick out of my purchased movies It’s only letting me pick the movies I’ve already downloaded

I am surprised no one knows how to fix this, So this has never happened to anyone before?

It seems there is an issue with the Apple/icloud servers which is affecting certain users. Got this information from Apple themselves. So this will just be resolved with time. Thanks everyone for helping // trying to help :) thread can be closed
