ipad apps wont update automaticly

hi,
since ios 10 my ipad wont do automatic updates of the apps.

in the setting -> itunes & appstores - updates is green but it wont install updates automatic

Ive been experiencing this also, I have to physically open up the App Store and hit 'update all' to manually update them. I dont close out of my app store app (aka its running in the background), but it still doesnt automatically update. Not really a big issue for me, but Im curious to find out why it's not doing so.
