iPad iPad & auto VPN connection

I have installed "private internet access" on my wife's iPad ll, and it seems to be working, BUT it (the VPN) needs to be turned on each time the iPad connects to a signal. My wife will never do this. How do I set it up so the VPN connects automatically?

Private Internet Access is a good VPN provider but not the best any ways regarding your issue I would say that you go to the properties of the VPN and Set it to Connect automatically...
