Hi.

Just got my iPad Pro 12.9 2 gen back from repair. They did not find the issue so I intend to send it back again. Planned to do some tests just in case, and noticed that something is not quite right. In the settings menu it says: "The iPad is supervised and managed by Schenker." It also got an app called mediabundle installed. I did a factory reset when I returned it. I assume they just forgot to factory reset after the "repair". Do you agree? Has anyone experienced the same?

You need to contact Apple and probably send it back. It's likely you got a different iPad back, and the one you got belongs to a company called Schenker. This isn't something you'll be able to disable or turn off.

[doublepost=1533923104][/doublepost]Hi- did you find out anything further about that message? It has appeared on my iPad Pro, which has never left my physical possession since I bought it at the Apple store on Regent St.

Did you ever find out what this is all about?
