Can someone run one of the web page or Javascript benchmarks on their new iPad and report how much faster it is compared with an iPhone 3G or 3GS?

I'll tell you im writing from my iPad and it is FAST! And amazing! All of the applications are amazing and beautiful resolution with great viewing angle! I think apple has done a really good job with this and think that this A4 is hopefully the start if a new line of spell products with it's processing power.

I'm actually more curious about the amount of RAM. I think the reasonable assumption was 512, but people are saying that their system info apps are reporting 256.

Score 89.5 on my iPad (which UPS finally delivered at 6:30 PM)

    11415.0 mS on my iPad

So Safari on an iPad is around 50% to 70% faster than on a 3GS.
