iPad Brower question

Is there an iPad browser that will allow me to upload my Resume/Cv on to a job board? The entire option is blanked out on Safari but is there another broswer that will allow me to do this? I hear iCab may allow it but in other forums Ive read it doesnt. Does anyone have any experience of this?
