Is an iPad C needed? You can already pick up the iPad mini at a really great price. So why make a plastic iPad?

More product = more $?

If they can get an iPad 16gb to the price range of $150-200 or less then that would be huge for apple. And would open the market even more to those that would rather afford to get an ipad rather then let's say an amazon kindle.

Full size iPad C makes no sense to me. If they do a more affordable iPad, it will likely be the mini with colors similar to the iPhone c.
I can see a Mini C at $279

Yes, that would make sense on the line up now if that replaces the current Mini and the update mini hike to $399 with A7, 1G RAM and TOuchID but same display. Unless, Apple decides to go 1200 X 1600 for the mini which would be perfect!.
