iPad iPad cannot connect to activation server.

Upgrading an iPad 3 to iOS 8.1.1. It has been giving me an error when I try to activate it saying I cannot connect to the activation server. Tried connecting it to my laptop to connect to iTunes with no success.

Any ways to activate it?
