iPad case+magnets?

Can't magnets be harmful to the iPad? I found a case on eBay and it has magnets to hold the case closed so I'm wondering if those magnets can be harmful?

The iPad 2 has magnets inside of it so i doubt they can be harmfull

Nope. Nothing in the iPad can be harmed by the case you want.
