iPad Cases: Trifold vs. Folio

I’m looking to buy a new case for my iPad and I’m deciding between these two styles of cases. I previously had a folio on my old iPad which I liked, but it seems like trifolds are more popular and have a bigger selection. What are the pros and cons of each? Which do you prefer?

I prefer the trifold case with magnetic attachment. Allows for easy removal when needed, no corner protection is a downer but i do keep my devices safe.

I use Apple’s smart folio. Pricey, but super light and sturdy and fits it perfectly.
