Why is it so hard to find something decent without spending a fortune?
I bought Mrs Cram an iPad Air 5 and she bought a case from vAmazon. It has the look of a leather portfolio case but for a reasonable price. Unfortunately, the volume control buttons didn't work so she sent it back and got a different one (not quite as nice but hey ho). It didn't fit though (one side wasn't quite flush) so back that went. She then decided to order the 1st one again, hoping it was a one off issue. Of course, it wasn't a one off and the same issue arose. She contacted the seller who said that they would investigate but, in the meantime, they'd refund her and there was no need to return the case. It's still useable as she can control the volume with control centre, so she can use it until she fins something better but it shouldn't be this hard.
This is the case in question: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B08M3P71DH/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
