Well, it's not usual for shipments with labels to sit at the point of origin for a week before moving out. So there's hope they will arrive the 21st. Small hope though.

Same here. 12.9” 256gb space grey WiFi only. Delivery 5/21. Original delivery window was 5-21 to 5/28. So glad it’s coming soon. Sold my iPad Air 2020 and miss it!! Was hoping for delivery early next week. But I will take 5/21. Yay!!

The tracking number appeared in UPS My Choice soon after Apple did the Origin Scan at the shipping location in China.

Apple updated my delivery date from May 21 - May 28 to May 21. I'm also able to see the tracking in MyUPS.

Edit: Also received an email from Apple confirming shipment.

Just got official shipping from Apple! Woooooo. Just need them to ship my iMac. Think I may cancel my white MKB and go black instead. Scared of spending that much just for it to get dirty with stains over time.

Just got my update. Delivery on Friday, May 21 by 7:00pm. Was really hoping that they'd deliver them before the 21, but my hunch is they'll sit in the local UPS until the actual date of delivery.

How to track by reference number in ups?

If you have the Apple store app, in your orders it will tell you it's shipped, and there is a link to track shipment. There you will see it. For me it shows May 21st arriving by 7PM

No movement on my white MKB though.
