When I first got the iPad I kind of felt the same way. I really liked it, but I had a little buyers remorse. However, after using it for a few weeks, I started integrating it into my daily life. I now use it constantly for:
- taking meeting notes using Evernote. So nice not to have to undock my laptop to go into a quick meeting.
- syncing my tasks with Things. I was a Things user before, but this takes it to a whole new level. I am finding I use this app to track almost everything now
- iBooks. I have read two books on the iPad. It's the first two books I have read in the last few years. It's such a good experience. I love being able to download samples of the books first.
Everyday I appreciate it more and I'm glad I never gave up on it.
